Obesity is the concern for sleep-eating?Pardon?Uhm,my mother took Lunestia and Ambian and sleep-ate on both.When sleep-eating occurs,you hardly ever actually eat any of it,you take what you made and go to bed,then you wake up covered in it.

It's the fact that you fucking use kitchen appliances in your SLEEP.My mother used the range AND toaster oven during these sleep-eating episodes, and we know this because she left them on both times.

I go straight from the computer to bed, spend at least 30 minutes to an hour falling asleep.. Wake up after about 4 hours, lay awake for a few hours, maybe fall asleep for about 20 to 30 minutes, then the alarm clock goes off..
