James Ellis at Mr. Olympia 2011

In his final interview, Rob Riches interviews WBFF World Fitness Model 2011 champion James Ellis, who's famous worldwide as a cover model and actor. James tells us that to be in the industry it is crucial to be in great shape, but also that sometimes it is important to "once in a while shock the body", eating unhealthy goods, "and then teach it what's good again".
