High Powered Gauss Gun Firing Nails (part 2)

This gun has 5 stages and shoots iron/steel objects at high velocity. I used max strength (grade N52) neodymium magnets for this model. The nails travelled about 20 feet into a nearby wall.

Electromagnetic fields provide spin without rifling.

This can be visually demonstrated via coiled wires with charge running through them, picture the field sort of like that, but infinitely expanding....

@ItsBeastGaming yea i can see that as each magnet would have to be reset not to mention loading the round, which is why rail guns rule!
