I downloaded 64-bit and it does not work, open it and nothing comes out.

i'm so confused as to what to do. i've downloaded all the parts into the same folder, extracted them all, and ran the 64 bit setup file. then how do i copy and paste crack? what is crack? i'm new to this. then steps 6 and 7 are also confusing. please help anyone
