    This is pretty exaggerated. His form before was actually pretty decent, and his form after just seemed unnatural and he looked really stiff.

    I think the heel should come down gently, and support. There are some different schools of forefoot running, but IMHO theres no reason to stay up on your toes all the way through.

    When I run I run on the ball of my foot, but my heel always comes down after the ball of my foot touched the ground. This does not seem to be the case with the guy in the video. I'm am doin' something wrong?
