Chelmsford Raft Race 2009 4-13

Chelmsford Raft Race on the River Chelmer is organised by the town's Lions Club.
Now in its 14th year, the event saw 14 teams of four enter the race in the summer of 2009, while hundreds of spectators watched the rafts launch from Chelmsford Canoe Club.
