Yes some behavior modification is mentioned but no alternative for mainstream medication was offered, i.e. diet, herbal remedies, etc.

I must say that this is the best presentation from a natural health organization I've ever seen (Veria's says that they're promoting holistic health, so that may be the difference). I will be watching more of their videos.
