actually every bean is different in composition, density, etc. thats why they taste different and that is the same reason why they shouldn't be roasted together, they tolerate different temps, take their own time to roast and even have different crack times, so by the time one is done, the other type of bean will be overdone.

That was pretty funny: "Mexican beans come from Mexico and Colombian come from Colombia and I mix and match to create blends" is this supposed to tell viewers something they don't know? I want my two 2:09 minutes back.
