Because there was no pneumatic border. That's why German and all other speedway tracks without it should be CLOSED TILL they get them.

This is the meeting where sergey darkin was seriously injured. It was 2005 european club cup in togliatti (russia), heat no 1. Others injured were grzegorz dzik and andrey karpov, not sure who is who though

Speedway is so dangerous ! at the u21 championship in Germany, Josh Grajczonek (a glasgow tigers rider, my team lol x ) crashed with a german guy, Josh only broke his ankle but apparently the other guy is paralised from the waist down and will never walk again! Whoa ! it just shows you how dangerous it can be !
