overnight rice is the traditional way of making this dish. But cooled same-day rice is fine too. thanks for uploading!

lol i was going to send you a note saying i had your vid up but then i remember you were doing your liquid diet so i kept hush.
oo i might try the crumbles because that teriyaki tofu *gag* rich said it was good though but what does he know? kidding...kinda. ;)

YAY it's for me!! This looks delish....and I would add the spicy stuff too of course :) You could even add meat substitute crumbles instead of the tofu I bet.Thank you for making this for me!
