When it comes to buying a magazine or booklet in Japan, don't bother!!
Many Japanese spend their free time - before and after lunch - reading mags in convenience stores and bookshops.
There are no plastic-sealed literature in Japan, but you'll still pay full price for something that is tattered and "pre-loved".
It's almost a national pastime.
