Everyone's different, so this might not work for you, but these are my experiments lately. I've been experimenting with my condition for 11 years because doctors have never seen it before and I have to do something to stay alive and kicking besides the alternative. I've come a long way. I can walk now and I can sleep a lot more because of my experimenting and success with experimenting. Here are some things I've done with my anxiety attacks lately.
