  • sounds like you're too much into WANTING it. would you rather "feel good" or "WANT to feel good". release the WANT & just allow it.

  • great method, i love it and I recommending it a lot.

  • SUPRISE another advertisement!!!!!! The video stops as soon as he is about to give info.

  • I use the sedona method often, I highly recommend it, it's easy, it doesn't need to cost anything either.

  • prime example of the cliche: easier said then done.

  • Check the "Resistance" chapter, and just be persistent. I've slid a few times too, but each time has led me to a new realization of what Hale is talking about.

    Don't be hard on yourself, and don't try and figure out how the method works...just apply it. It grows clearer the more I use and consider it and it's definitely going to help me in life.

    don't think about the moment you succeeded in letting go. Think about the moment NOW that you are letting go.

    don't just say to yourself, make it happen.

  • last week i did the "let it go" questions and felt relly good since then whenever i try to do them again i cant feel good anymore.. any tips?

  • I play this video in my head every day. I have the book and it is definitely changing my life all the time.
