Zennor Alexander, composer of the Fab Four demos at www.soundsonline.com, gives an in-depth look at EASTWEST's amazing PLAY Virtual Instrument. This segment focuses on the keyboard and additional sounds, including the Mellotron, Baldwin Electric Harpsichord, Lowery Heritage Organ, and sitar.
I was being facetious. Most DRM doesn't bother me all that much. The iLok system can get a bit inconvenient at times, though.

@BarryDennen12 That's good. That way only those who are serious will get it. Besides, EW deserves the money for this. It's not even that expensive if you think about how much good quality sounds you get.

It's a pity this isn't as easy to pirate as most other VSTs!

EW developed their own custom engine called PLAY, used by all their newer products like Fab Four. PLAY can run stand-alone and also as a plugin in Cubase.

Is this the vst plugin or standalone? I've seen vst pluging working through NI which look terrible..I'd like to know if the vst's of eastwest all have this set out in cubase..thanks :)

Good sound, but poor efficiency of the play engine, it really kills your computer when some intensive strings are loaded
