Yeah that's true, on a lot of these Russian videos people refer to "Caucasians" as those near the actual Caucas mountains in Russia. Does not include all white people.

I think he was referring to people from the Caucasus region, i.e. Russians, Georgians, Armenians, not necessarily white people.
