[APH] Germany Character Song: Ore wa doitsu sei

Hello there
Once upon a day, I discovered that some great person had posted sheet music to the LJ Hetalia comm (under here http://community.livejournal.com/hetalia/4649839.html - (beware: you have to join the community before you can see these) and just had to try play some of that music.

Here is the "Anthem" Germany Character Song - performed by 5 bassoons.
Kinda - actually it´s just me playing that. I recorded myself with a crappy headset and the program "Audacity" to get multiple layers.

The first bit is the untampered version, the second one is a variation where I duplicated the audio and then raised the pitch.... I thought it sounded a bit medieval-squeaky-like.

interesting idea... the bassoon was used in peter&the wolf as the grandfather - so it represented a grumpy man who had to deal with the antics and recklessness of his relatives...that actually sounds like dear ludwig^^
