The Central Intelligence Agency has the toughest job imaginable. Gather data from ambiguous human beings, record and evaluate that data. Create an amorphous plan of action and implement it and hope it is carried out to a successful degree. All the while applying trade craft, constantly reevaluating data continuing to come in and exercising good conscience as a human being and loyal American Patriot.
