Great track, but I honestly recommend Katche's Playground (2007) more than this album.
Most of it is a little too "Smooth Jazz" for ECM sensibilites.

The more I listen to him the more I'm inspired. His genius is unmatched. He has a style and sound that's all his own with the most incredible feel. In this day and age of drummers with toms suspended in the air, drum sets that require a 747 to transport and other silly gimicks for drum clinics. In Manu Katche we have not just a drummer but complete musician who interprets the music in the most beautiful and sensitive fashion. His expression touches the soul.
