Banhmi No Name, Hoi An Vietnam

Early morning in Hoi An, I was walking around Hoi An Market. I had Banh Mi for Breakfast and it was the best Bahn Mi in Vietnam during my last trip 2010.

Why can't we get banh mi like that in the US? I want to know more about the sauce(s) they put into the sandwich.

It's not that it doesn't have a name... He meant that he was out of nem, since you bought the nem cha banh mi.... All that he had was the cha... So no nem, meant that he had ran out of the nem, the other half of the banh mi you requested :)
