I work in a resturant and able to get all the coffee grounds I need. Im also able to get all the produce wast along with egg shells. I harvested 10 5 gallon buckets of compost. Starting all over again.

Starbucks gave me about 40 pound of used coffee grounds today when I asked! Hit them up late in the day and they are happy to give you tons of the stuff!

Starbucks gives away grounds, all neatly packaged in a 5 lb. bag. It's my understanding that coffee grounds are "green" rather than "brown."

coffee grounds and kitchen wastes are NOT a "brown" material as someone has noted with a C/N ration of 24:1. It is therefore a "green", don't be misled by their color.,
