That is not a .50 cal rifle round going through that shotgun. 2 a .50 cal rifle round is not that bad why you may see most people get kicked back more than they should or lose their balance is due to improper posture standing or kneeling down and they mostly are not holding it snug against their shoulder. These two together will kick people back more than a person leaning into the gun securing it firmly to their shoulder. Reason behind this they're afraid or improper instructions.
