@noreenhetro Same..I had a little trouble figuring out how to snap it to the hanger, but I finaly figured it out.

I bought this Cottonelle Easy Reach TM Hanger. Once you install the device to the wall, step 4 can be tricky. I finally got it connected. The instructions that came with the wall mount did not help. I was able to mount it to the wall using the youtube video.
