2011 Alfa Romeo 4C Concept (at IAA 2011)

A new concept from Alfa Romeo.

A member at Autoblog.nl managed to sneak into the hall where Alfa Romeo will display their latest vehicles. One of the sports cars on display was a Fluid Metal Alfa Romeo 4C Concept.

In recent months the project has been refined and enriched with technical contents to enhance the dynamic excellence of the Alfa 4C Concept. Vehicle weight is confirmed at around 850kg, the engine delivering more than 200bhp and a power to weight ratio less than 4kg per hp -- bringing it into supercar territory.

The power of the Alfa Romeo 4C GTA Concept comes from a 265-horsepower 1.750 TBi engine mated to a TCT twin dry clutch. The 4C goes from 0 to 100km/h in just five seconds and up to a maximum speed of 250km/h.

@Jardisk8r Forse oggi, ma bisogna vederla nell'ottica e nell'epoca in cui è stata prodotta, era una auto sportiva non indifferente ai tempi. Comunque sempre intelligenti questi interventi di grande spessore e spiegazione. Complimenti per lo spicco, si vede che ne hai guidate ;)

@AlbertoFormica sono d'accordo,ma sono realista: è un mondo dove ormai fanno a gara a quale auto farà piu km consumando meno energia possibile e quantificando i kg di CO2.10 anni fa ce ne sbattevamo tutti altamente di queste cazzate,un futuro di auto sportive e cattive come quelle degli anni 80/90 è un utopioa.E non parlo solo di Alfa, ma di tutte le auto odierne "senza anima".Un consiglio? Chi ha una 75 Evoluzione se la tenga stretta, perche di auto cosi non ne vedremo più ;)

@AlbertoFormica Ho provato il 2.2benzina spider di un mio amico, mi piaceva molto ma son rimasto un po deluso motoristicamente/telaisticamen­te. Quando invece è salito lui sulla mia S2000 c'è rimasto male da quanto la sua fosse "pesante" da muovere. Il Q2 non l'ho provato ma è La Soluzione ke prima o poi adotteremo sulla GT 3.2 v6 di mio fratellino prima di disintegrare il differenziale stock, che, a quanto dicono gli Alfisti, è sottodimensionato e non adatto all'uso pista.
