Lol, you all are idiots, it IS the same motor as the C5 Z06, not the C6Z. LS6.

@DadoBR I thought the zo6 has an ls7 because it was a 7.0L and the ls6 is a 5.7? or am i just getting them confused? :/

@rodi300zx They do, just not C6 Z06's 04 and 05 CTS-V's have LS6's which were in the 2001-2004 Z06, and the 06-07 CTS-V's have the LS2, which is the Engine in the 6.0 GTO

i thought that year was the 6.0 where the zo6 has the 7.0. the new ones have the 6.2 supercharged

it has a vette engine but not the z06's

No, the CTSV has a LS6. Same motor as on the Z06
