  • Yes, the Susan Jacks vocal version is the one I first heard and became familiar with. There is another studio version floating around of this song with Terry Jacks singing. But Susan's is the best ... and the grungiest, IMHO.

  • I like this version a lot. Very punky. It sounds like the type of song Vancouver power trio The Young Canadians would cover more than a decade later. Albeit without the Howlin' Wolf inspired vocal. But the energy of it is so punk. It's fantastic to hear another side of Terry Jacks and The Chessmen. I've never hear this one until now. I assume it didn't chart in Vancouver. Must have scared people. hahaha
