My Name is Christina Marie Weaver, I was walking when I was struck and killed by a Drunk Driver, At the age of 17.

All drunk drivers who kill somebody should be scentenced for murder. They are willing to take the risk of killing a person and is in my opinion first degree murder. All drunk drivers who are caught and haven't killed anybody (yet), should be scentenced for attempted murder for the same reason. I still don't understand why anybody would drink and drive and I probably never will....

Kendziora will also serve 1 to 3 years for first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, one year for driving while intoxicated, and one year for driving with a blood-alcohol content of .10 or more, Griffith said...

WARSAW NY- Lori Kendziora 36, of West Seneca, NY was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 2 1/2 to seven years in state prison for the June 19 deaths of Christina Weaver and Jason Wilcox. "I don't begin to suggest that the sentence I'm going to impose is fair. Nothing can be fair to Christina and Jason," Judge Michael Griffith told Kendziora before passing sentence.

But they DO know what they are doing. These are the most selfish people in the world because they are VERY aware that this COULD happen but they are still willing to risk YOUR life to get their fix or buzz. I quit drinking over a year ago and even then didn't drink and drive but what if you have been drinking and HAVE to drive...what then? It's a choice, plain and simple!

good video i lost my best friend to a drunk driver about a month ago her 2 friends where also killed that night it has shook the whole community we live in.
