@MrJunior81095 Always use proper form. Listen to your body and don't work bodyparts that are still sore. Ideally, you shouldn't lift a bodypart until it hasn't been sore for a couple of days. When you do workout, push yourself hard...real hard. I go to (or near) failure each set Get lots of rest. Eat lots of protein throughout the day. Stretch muscles after working them to help remove lactic acid. Don't try to work through injuries, you will make them worse. Drink lots of water.

Its refreshing to see an impressive bench with proper form on Youtube. If you were in high school, you were a scary strong bencher. If you were out of high school, you were still very strong at benching. Good work. I'm a former competitive powerlifter, but retired from competition due to age and injuries. Goal is to get 225 x 15 in the next 12 months, but I outweigh you by about 25 lbs.
