Don, what is the name of the song you played at 2:29? Dad, rest his soul, used to play this ditty (just as you did, and only a few notes) after he would finish tuning the local Wurlitzer at the theater , and I have no idea what it is. PS, loved the demo. You're funny, as in how astonished at the tech. Yea it's a nice sound! cheap too! amazing :)

Any analog organ can still have MIDI added, but sadly will not work with the features of the organ. My Thomas Eldorado 792 has advanced features, but will not work with any instrument as it is not MIDI. On such software is only set up as a pipe organ with out sustain (Bell fade away feature) as which I use on my Thomas organ.

Your playing does sound great and brings back memories! Also shows how tons of virtual instruments are supported under windows and it works great. I use them that way because my $700 pc is more powerful than a $2500 mac, but it's pretty top end i7 at 4ghz. And I shopped around for it too. Of course running it at stock 2.6 would be fine. Point is, I run all studio software with it and multiple plugins. But anyone could run a plugin on a slow laptop as you showed too. virtual is great!

@donmissel hi, after watching your vidio i have downloaded the 216 miditzer to my laptop.i purchased a midi in out cable to usb,i have coupled up the cable as follows midi in to out on keyboard and usb end to my laptop,but all i get is when i fire up the 216 is no input device,i can only play it with my mouse,not through my psr 5700.am i doing somthing wrong,or do i need to add somthink else thanks in advance terry

Don, nice job of demo'ing this. I just downloaded the 216 miditzer (for free) and I'm using a m-audio 88 key controller that I split for both manuals. I got the controller for all of 100.00 and like you into a old del laptop. On the stops, there is a way with a little outlay of cash. Add a external monitor on your laptop that has a touch screen. Then it all becomes push and change stops. The price on the touch screens will probably come down due to Windows 7 having built in drivers for it.
