That opening sax scream by Maceo Parker is one the stankest sounds in rock history. It has no peer anywhere. From about 2:21 to the end of the song Bootsy Collins lets everybody he's here to play!

Maceo Parker and Bootsy Collins owned this song. The opening sax scream is without peer in rock music. Starting at about 2:22 and for the rest of the song, Bootsy let's us know he's in the house!
