That wasn't the point to this video. The had just killed a few cops, hence the beating they got. However, those pig cops were fired for the beating, and still if not already face charges of assault. That's the reason for the beating, they were not 'running'. They were already on the run,and never did go into a high speed pursuit that I know of. It was mainly for them killing cops. Cops take justice into their own hands, as do citizens, hence dead cop.
