Uprated! I don't think any such thing as the monster movies on TV existed ever here in France! I do know that TV here is so boring and bad, we are unwilling to pay the "TV tax" to have a set at all. There were very few channels here until about 30 years ago, also. I'm not sure Europeans (French) would have considered it "healthy" for the kiddies. You still see the Grim Reaper up on churches out in Brittany, statues larger than the Saints, even. He is called "Ankou" and it's pretty serious!
