Southern mantis forms always reminds me of wing chun forms. They don't look like much to some 1 who doesn't know a thing about in-fighting but they have loads of subtle application.

A very nice job on the second core form. Good power. Nice range of motion. The elbows drift out a touch but solid. The Jie Lik movements the elbows should lead the motion. Thanks for posting.

Coming from a supposed "long range" style (but now editing my swing to a tighter radiance year by year), this form strikes me like lightning! Once again, I see! I see! Thank you very much!!! *bow*

@Mrwildrocker he's talking about any karate ryu that has sanchin as part of their training. the sanchin form in karate is derived from the sanchin found in certain chinese MAs.

@tongsau thanks a lot

Beautiful.
Being a northern mantis' practitioner is very strange to watch a form of southern mantis, because i'm used to think mantis must be done in "high spped". You form look very powerful and I like the way you do it; a little bit of "smooth flow" could help to improve your form, though I think you couldn't move properly in a bedroom, hehe. Keep working!
