@woaitsnicole Well, he looks to be around 16 and in Canada, in 1990, anyone above the age of 14 could purchase cigars. So it would be legal during this time. Nowadays, not so much.

@Monsteramp212 If you think about it, that would've been quite cliche, though, and probably would look stupid (like the Crimson Clown did, or at least it did for me). Thinking about the fact that he might be there and what he could do is much creepier.
