ocean power, the blue power (2nd edition)

This is an extension of my video ocean power, the blue power which is based on the principal of using the up and down motion of the ocean to generate power in a simple way. It could be built close to almost any shoreline, even not that close. It would be simple to set up ducts on the ocean floor, much simpler then to build a hydroelectric, and the rest is old technology used in a new way. I can see zillions of pistons going up and down on the surface of the seas. We can harvest that easily!

what about lakes? I have creek which this might work on..
