Hey How Are U doeing this trick with jumping after enemies and shoting at them. It's very impressive. I think You're one of the best players in this game on YT

Thanx. About the slow motion kill, you could do it by either pressing forward + jump when you're next to an mercenary, or pressing forward + jump from a distance to make Lara jump into the mid air first and then pressing jump again to kick the mercenary behind. Both two methods should be done while the enemy is locked.
