He was talking about people thinking they deserve special treatment when none is due. Obviously, people with mental handicaps are not held to the, for lack of a better word, "standards" that you and I are. But they are held to "standards" within the reach of their understanding.

You speak of comman sence and that all should equal..on the whole this is true but what of people with mental disabilitys that have a lack of coman sence though illness are they too to be held respoible for actions some of us may class as stupid ?
