Cap & Trade 101

cap and trade will SLOW the introduction of viable renewable energy that can run 24/7 as base load. Solar and wind cannot be base loads, and coal is a based load. Once again, government is shooting the entrepreneur in the foot. This new technology will cut 90% of the co2. Wind and solar MUST be backed up by jet engine turbines (40% eff.) and not combine cycle turbine (60% efficient), and therefore only cut co2 by 10-20%. Cap and trade is a criminal enterprise to fund Obama's friends...

This cap and trade is more bullshit restrictions put on American companies to give them even more incentives to offshore! I find these centers for american progress these (foundations) to be backed by some seriously ANTI AMERICAN bankster like fascist pigs. Now what is this CAP and trade BS doing about OFFSHORING?? You think other country's are gonna do your BS cap n trade horsecrap
