How can you compare Copland to Stravinsky or Chopin! These are totally different types of music!

  • @kevinjthorn

By the way, English language you're using isn't the English...I mean really. Go read Shakespeare! )))

  • what's with his hands?

  • Thomas Quasthoff was born at a time when doctors prescribed thalidomide (in German Contergan) as a sleeping pill. One single pill was enough for the baby to be affected/harmed by it. There were 5000 children born in Germany with handicaps caused by thalidomide.

  • @kwertmil wasn't thalidomide a morning sickness pill?

  • @19teenybee94

As soon as I know - yes.

  • i LOVE his way of hiding a mistakes in continuing singing duck's "quaak quaaak" and goose's "quäää quäää" the wrong way!

    that's what I call consequent :)

  • Suuuuppperrrrrr

  • fantastico

  • I'm actually playing this at my high school. But is this like a nusery rhyme? Don't give me dislikes, but it sounds like a song for little kids

  • I've listened to this this over 9000 times. It literally brought me out of depression.

  • He is such a good musician!!! Not that this song necessarily is a way to show that, but all of his interpretations are spot on.
