Now that's some serious Kunt...

Funny thing is sometimes in the Tarzan books it seemed he was fighting Bedouins and other Arabs more often than blacks.
Mostly he seemed to fight people from lost empires. He learned so many languages, I'm not sure if anyone ever counted them. But various animals, French, English, Greek, Latin, Pelucidar (made up), etc. I'm not sure he ever learned German, but he fought them in WWI as Captain Clayton, and World War II as Colonel Clayton, but he wore no uniforms, and had his Waziri troops.

I have read about this film, the film makers stole many scenes form Weissmuller, and Herman Brix films.

It's made up of clips for "real" Tarzan films, spliced together with some shots of the Turkish actors. Pretty common filmmaking technique here in Turkey until about the mid-80's. Apparantly, during a lawsuit filed against them, the filmmakers found someone who lived in a forest and said "no, no, this is this guy's story. Really, he lived with animals. We got the idea from there."

Never heard of this tarzan film, looks different to be sure!
The thing is you dont see any picture from Istanbul. Why did they call it 'Tarzan in Istanbul'?

Because that Tarzan guy originates from istanbul AND the mission starts from Istanbul AND at the end of the film Tarzan returns to Istanbul. A trailer can't show all these of course...
