I took these pictures a few years ago. It is the Kenosha Area Transit in Kenosha, Wisconsin. They have Gillig Low Floors and street car. Can someone id the other bus?

  • You actually need to get pics for about a week and a half. Kenosha has a collection of vintage electric streetcars from quite a few cities and each has it's own color scheme/livery. They seem to rotate them every day or so. Personally, I like the green and white one.

I think it's something a subset of rail-fans might appreciate. And the ride on it is more than cheap enough too.

  • The LFSs are ex-Chemung County (NY) Transit, units 412-414. These units were built in St-Eustache ,QC. The Plattsburgh NovaBUS plant opened in 2009.

  • Does Kenosha Still got RTSes at this point?

  • Nice pictures, the rounded front bus is a Nova LFS. I didn't know they repainted one into the yellow livery though, it looks nice that way. I've never seen KT buses in person but the streetcar is awesome. I assume you rode it too?
