"The Murder of Daniel Faulkner" is not an appropriate title, which should be "The Justifiable Homicide of Daniel Faulkner". Whoever actually shot the pig was defending Mumia's brother from a racially-motivated aggravated assault. Burn in Hell, felonious sociopath Faulkner!

Mumia was doomed from the get-go. His judge, Albert Sabo, was a felonious, ex-cop FOP member who made certain that Mumia's Constitutional rights were trashed to the hilt. Sabo had been a racist pig who, like Faulkner, was the recipient of several race-related internal-affairs complaints. He then left the Philadelphia police force to become an equally felonious judge. There is anecdotal evidence aplenty that he convicted minority defendants, and manipulated juries to do so, based on their race.
