This is an Arm Lift or Brachioplasty procedure performed by Dr. Art Foley. An arm lift, or brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure that reshapes the under portion of the upper arm, from the underarm region to the elbow. The procedure is performed to: reduce excess sagging skin that droops downward, tighten and smooth the underlying supportive tissue that defines the shape of the upper arm, reduce localized pockets of fat in the upper arm region.

  • I am so happy for this woman that I could cry. what a great feeling this must be for her!I haven't been able to wear anything short sleeved or ((gasp)) sleeveless for years. I won't even let my husband see me sleeveless. The doctor did a beautiful job.

  • they need to come up with a way to do the surgery so that the looooooong line dont show

  • hmmm i dont know its still fat!!!!

  • @Smith4515 There should have not been ANY staples. Your Dr. seems like he didnt perform the surgery in a cosmetic fashion, just cut you up and the break out the staple gun. I am so sad that you had such an experience. I hope he was board certified. If he was, I would complain.

  • thanx for posting this, i just had my arms and breasts lifted a week ago, all is well, not much pain, but i was dying to see the surgical procedure. i hope my end result is as good as yours!

  • she looks good

  • wauw her waist is really small. my arms are same as hers, i train and train, but it will never go away. i want to do the same surgery

  • I want to cry...thank u for showing this video. I know it sounds vain and all. But I never had a choice on how I looked. I was fed junk food growing up, overate because I was bullied and depressed, and now that I changed my life around the only thing Im worried about is not looking like the 19 yr old I should be. This gives me hope that I can look at least close to the person I would have been.

  • why do u have to be in washington :(

  • How long before you can do any weightlifting? For toning up the arm.

  • To the woman in this video, You inspired me to have the courage to have this procedure. Like you, I had flabby arms and even after hiring a trainer and being a size 4, my upper arms were just flab and fat. I'm a month out from the surgery, and I couldn't be happier. For the first time since grade school, I am wearing short sleeve items (and I'm only in my early thirties) and feeling confident! Thank you for making this video with your doctor!
