You're catching arms too close to your head and it's bending. it looks like your doing a 2000 with your arms, so when you catch yourself from that throw it should look like your almost a Y with your arms, it should make your catch easier and that the rest will be your legs swinging, I give you props though, I can't really get the hang of this power move
