  • Alright, I've been trying this for a few hours now, and I can never get the USB PIN: UNKNOWN. It just shows up with the pin number. Then, it asks for the device password, which I didn't even know It had!! I really need to fix this, as I don't want to have to buy a new one.

  • @Taintedwisdomaz I put the battery back and press retry, suddenly it works and now my phone functioning normally. My phone is Blackberry Bold 9900

  • I can't find the map ''research in motion'' please can someone help me

  • i can't make it work for my phone. HELP. :'(

  • @leipemocro030 I had the exact same problem. So what i did was leave the battery in, and start up the phone (usb is not connected at this point). when the phone starts up the error message will pop up inevitibaly. DONT RESTART IT. leave the error message on there. NOW PLUG IN THE USB. and start the application loader. AT THIS POINT NOTHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN REMOVED OR TAKEN OUT OF THE PHONE SUCH AS BATTERY, MEMORY CARD ETC. everything should be kosher from here. hope it works Billy

  • The first time I did this it couldn't connect with JVM. I clicked cancel. Now if I try to do it again it doesn't say PIN:UNKNOWN any more. Anyone can help?

  • if fixed my bb but when i reeboot its al starts again
