I recommend you to Hard-Reset your phone and Install one program at a time untill you see the error and if its beeing caused by one of the apps, just dont install it.

Now from searching about cprog.exe error I came up with this post.

"If an application is not handling it's own errors then cprog.exe ends up handling them and it's name shows up in the error message. The actual cause of the problem would have been another program. Since this message is a part of a catch-all error handling behaviour you'll find the error listed on the web for many diverse and unrelated things; their causes may not be related."

Have you installed anything to it? Ive been into WM since 2006 and Ive never heard of any type of problem like that. Like you said, youve had 3 HTC HD2 and all of them say either cprog.exe or filesys.exe

Im guessing your installing a program that is overriding something. The filesys.exe sound to be from the File Explorer .

Now cprog.exe seems to be an error from the phones Contacts. Are you using an old Sim Card with contacts stored from your old phone onto it?

@BIGAIRLIKE23 everyone ive had after about a week or 2 starts constantly sayin filesys.exe error as well as cprog.exe error n i have to report it to microsoft... sooo its nt the phone but the operating system i love the phone but hate the OS with a passion BTW the one i jus got has been givin me filesys.exe errors for the last 3 days and the phone is slower than shit and becomes unresponsive like my last 2 and im nt accepting a 4th one... ive never had one problem with Android
