High winds on the eastern side of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in southern California. I saw the rear wheels of the trailer lifting off of the ground and I asked my wife to grab her cell phone and start recording.

The driver told me that he was empty and heading to Crystal Geyser water plant (about 5 miles up the road) to pick up a load, maybe he should have waited.

O MY GAWD!!!!! Good thing that was not a HAZMAT tanker truck!!!!!! I have driven high way 395 an insane amount of times over the years between my place in northern Nevada and my dad's place in southern California. I have never seen a truck roll over in person like this but I have seen them laying on the side of the road. The portion of high way 395 that I live on in northern Nevada has trucks blown over all the time when the winds kick up. Quite an amazing video right here.

@CoastStarlight11 You must live near Reno and Washoe Valley, I have made the trip too many time to count over the last 3 years, this was a first. The truck was empty and only 5 miles away from the Crystal Geyser water plant where he was going to make a pick up.

Dont know if you guys use them in the US but here in the UK and europe double deck trailers are becoming quite popular, 15'9 high instead of the regular 13'3, they have tiny wheels on the rear as well to accommodate the load space inside, bloody things are even more crazy in the wind than anything you ever saw here, driving one tonight in these heavy winds we got in the UK tonight :(
