It's on the album Plague Songs, where a bunch of artists wrote songs about each of the Plagues of Egypt.

Glittering Clouds is loosely based off of the plague of locusts, but I think that she's drawing parallels between herself and the story.

I've seen it through that perspective as well. ^_^

But it kinda changes as my mood changes. ;)
