Speak for yourself. She didn't treat Cobain badly in any way, or her family or friends. I don't know where you got that from. And as for after Cobain's death, she just seemed to deal with it by numbing it out with drugs, which can obviously mess with your behavior. I'll admit that I like Courtney's work, but at least I'm looking into both sides of the story rather than one.

Read about how she treated Cobain and how she's treated her friends, family, and expecially her own daughter since Kurt died. Read about how she's run her life, plowed through her "new found fortune" since 1994, and alientated herself from other musicians, Hollywood, old bandmates and her own daughter.

Yeah, she's a real CLASS ACT.

Do some homework and then comment.

What even makes her manipulative? I just see someone who still seems unknowingly affected by her childhood, and gives people the wrong impression. I'm not saying she's a saint, but some things said about her just aren't accurate.
