He's wearing the Archmage Helmet. There is a store in Bowerstone Old Town which sells clothes and stuff. The owner of the cart (not shop its just a cart) has the helmet in her wares. Its kinda close to the rifle and pruduce carts. If you have any other questions i would love to answer them ^^
