  • How to you get to do something like this? Like....what are the requirements?

  • hahaha you took them camping.. think about that

  • Those are some wonderful photos. I hope you keep taking pictures and you should come back to sharing them here in short videos. I would love to see more.

  • Much like a job application, they ask about it, but they don't say outright that you'll be denied. Won't hurt to apply though!

  • Does anyone know if a convicted felon may participate? I got in trouble a while back for stealing money, but I want to do something good with my life for once...

  • Let me know how that goes for you, I too am considering joining.

  • 18 months is the minimum--and you can extend your tour if you want.

  • It looks like it was a good experience for you, right? I am thinking of applying. I wanted to go to South America, but the lady I met said that with my skills, she would send me to Africa to teach English (like you) What did you like the most about being in Mozambique, and what did you like the less? I had never thought of going to Africa for the Peace Corps, but now I'm condsidering it...!

  • So I am applying. How long are most of the tours ??

  • This looks great. I plan to volunteer in 2 or 3 years. Thanks for posting.
